Our expansive contemporary Brooklyn venue is spread across two levels with a backyard and ample seating throughout. The backyard is equipped with a purpose-built bar and hot tub. The lower level is a custom-built event space with an abundance of bedding.
Attire
Get creative and dress to impress; Fetish attire, latex, dapper, lingerie. The following items are prohibited: No Sweats, no T-shirts, no Hoodies of any kind, Baseball caps, or winter hats. We will not accept any sports brand clothing, Vans/skate sneakers. The only shirts acceptable to wear are collard dress shirts which button from the neck, down. They can be short or long-sleeved. As it’s summertime polo shirts and shorts and shorts are allowed, although they must be smart. No baggy denim shorts. Nudity is also acceptable.
We have a lovely shower available on the first floor with an additional three bathrooms on the lower level. Please ask to be directed.

The Main Parlor (First Floor)
This area is designated specifically for you. Socialize, get comfy, sip your drink, and have a nibble. When you’re ready for intimacy with the new friends you’ve made, come and join us at the lower level.
The Backyard
Sheltered from the elements via a plexiglass roof, you’ll find adequate comfy seating around the fireplace. The insulation, in addition to the plexiglass roof, the heat to ensure everyone stays snug and warm during the colder months!

Hot Tub (Backyard)
Enclosed from the elements in a gazebo, submerge yourself in our hot tub for some soothing hydrotherapy. The tub has enough space for twelve, and we have an unlimited amount of towels, so, however, you are welcome to bring your own.
The Lower Level (Basement)
We have ample amounts of space and comfy, sturdy beds designed for orgasms.
